Terms of Service

1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may close accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

2. No financial advice

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. The Service, NEXUS AI responses, network posts, trade ideas and educational content are for informational and journaling purposes only. We are not a broker, investment adviser or financial planner. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You own the trading data and content you enter; you grant us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, fraud, market manipulation, or promotion of pump-and-dump schemes.
• No selling signals, paid group promotion or spam inside the Network.
• No harassment, hate speech, or sharing other people's private information.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, overloading or attempting to bypass security or access controls.
• No reselling or sharing paid access.

5. Lifetime access purchase

Lifetime access is a one-time payment (currently $100 USD launch price) that unlocks the Service for the life of the product for one individual account. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the Service; it is not transferable. Features may change, improve or be retired over time. Payments are processed by our checkout provider.

6. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the full Refund Policy.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, or put other users at risk. Where reasonable we will give notice. Termination for violation does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund window.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Calculations, market data and AI output may contain errors or delays. Third-party services such as TradingView charts may be unavailable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
